TOOLS
are a down right necesity, a knife is one of those, keeping in mind that a "knife" by my definition is anything that cuts.........break a dense river rock in bits and wa-la you have a knife. There are so many different things that come under the "tool" heading, a bow-drill kit is a tool, a basket is a tool, heck in a sense clothes are a tool and even shelter could be considered a tool too. Well okay maybe I'm getting a little carried away but you know what I mean. Lets just stick to the standard definition of tool.
